Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026
This policy explains what DarkRhino ("we"), operator of Hypercreator, collects and why. Contact: privacy@hypercreator.co.
What we collect
- Workspace data — your name, email, password (hashed), team members, and billing records (payment card details are held by Stripe, not us).
- Mirrored Platform data — to power your inbox we mirror conversations, fan profiles (usernames, spend totals, subscription status), sent-content history and vault metadata from the creator accounts you connect. This includes message content written by you, your team, and your fans.
- Platform credentials are NOT stored by Hypercreator. Account sessions are verified and held encrypted by our platform gateway provider; we store only an opaque account reference.
- AI processing data — when you request a draft, the recent conversation, fan context and your persona settings are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate suggestions. We log token counts and outcomes for quota and quality; our AI provider does not train on this data under our agreement.
- Usage data — logs, and aggregate feature usage to operate and improve the Service.
Why we process it
To provide the workstation you signed up for (contract), to bill you (contract), to secure and improve the Service (legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your fans' data for anything other than serving you their conversation history and statistics.
Fans' data
Your fans are your audience, not our customers. We process their usernames, messages and purchase behaviour solely as your processor-like service to display and organise your own account data. Fans who want data removed should contact the creator or the Platform; we honour deletions that flow from the connected account.
Sub-processors
Hosting (Laravel Cloud/AWS, EU region), payments (Stripe), AI drafting (Anthropic), platform gateway (Fanduit), websockets and email delivery providers as configured. A current list is available on request at privacy@hypercreator.co.
Retention and deletion
Mirrored conversation data lives as long as the connected account remains in your workspace. Disconnecting an account or closing your workspace deletes its mirrored data within 30 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Under UK/EU data protection law you can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, and complain to the ICO. Write to privacy@hypercreator.co.
