Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 22 July 2026
This policy is part of the Hypercreator Terms of Service. Breach it and we will suspend or terminate your workspace — immediately for anything in the first section.
Zero tolerance
You must not use the Service in connection with:
- CSAM — any sexual content involving minors, real or simulated, anywhere, ever. We report to the relevant authorities.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — content depicting any person without their documented consent, including leaked, revenge, or deepfaked material.
- Trafficking, sexual exploitation, or content produced under coercion.
- Fraud against fans, including impersonating a different real person.
Account authority
Connect only Platform accounts you own or are contractually authorised to operate. Agencies must hold written authorisation from each creator whose account they connect and produce it on request ("owner attestation"). We may request evidence of authority at any time and suspend accounts pending it.
Messaging conduct
- No spam beyond what the connected Platform itself permits; mass messages must go to your own subscribers/followers only.
- No harassment, threats, or targeting of individuals.
- AI-drafted messages are sent under your responsibility, reviewed by a human operator. Do not configure workflows intended to deceive a Platform's enforcement systems.
Technical limits
Do not probe, overload, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service; do not share workspace logins (use team invites — that is what they are for).
